He participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. He ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards. 
• Infrastructure Support System Engineer
  The Infrastructure Support System Engineer is responsible for defining, designing, implementing and improving the technical monitoring functionality. Any problem must be detected as soon as possible - even proactively! - so that the disruption of the service is minimal or can be avoided. 
• Network and Security Engineer
